Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, there will be times when we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in the total of your order as well as your shipping confirmation.

 

Since your order is so important to us we will begin processing it the very same day it arrives, except on holidays, and we will ship it to you depending on the service you have chosen and the availability of the items.

 

We do offer same day delivery if you live in Manhattan and place your order before 1:00 PM for an additional $25.00 fee.

Little Vida will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register. At Little Vida we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are unhappy with your order and want to return or exchange it, you can do so and we must receive it within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Return items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. After 30 days the return will be in store credit only. In case, of merchandise bought on sale,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We offer you the option of gift wrapping your pre-selected items for a special occasion. All gifts are delicately wrapped in layers of tissue paper and then packed in our glossy, two part, high top white boxes, the tied with a double satin navy blue ribbon. Service is FREE of charge.
